About Our Founder
Latravia Glover
LaTravia Glover is a childcare and youth development leader, consultant, and nonprofit founder dedicated to strengthening programs that support children, youth, and families. She has successfully opened and supported over 30 childcare programs and centers, leading initiatives across multiple states while managing and training hundreds of employees and educators.​LaTravia is the founder of Learning and Development Consulting Group, where she helps childcare and youth programs build strong systems through leadership development, consulting, and operational strategy. She is also the founder of The Glover Foundation, a nonprofit focused on expanding opportunities for children and families through community and youth programs.
