About Latravia Glover
LaTravia Glover is a childcare and youth development leader, consultant, and nonprofit founder dedicated to strengthening programs that support children, youth, and families. She has opened and supported multiple childcare centers in Texas and has led programs across several states while managing and training hundreds of employees and educators.
LaTravia is the founder of Learning and Development Consulting Group, where she helps childcare and youth programs build strong systems through leadership development, consulting, and operational strategy. She is also the founder of The Glover Foundation, a nonprofit focused on expanding opportunities for children and families through community and youth programs.

The foundation focuses on creating safe and enriching environments where students can receive mentorship, educational resources, and opportunities that help them succeed both in and out of the classroom.
